This new program is a labor of love.  For over 10 years I have coached women to success, listening to their stories and proving to them they can get the results they want!  Losing body fat, slimming their middle, sleeping through the night, and getting in touch with what they want for themselves.   It all starts with your foundations of health, and once you get those established, anything is possible!

Ten years ago, I was exhausted and confused and overwhelmed.

I was completely stressed out from my global corporate gig.  I ate "anti-food", slept too little and stopped exercising.  Then I came off a lifetime of birth control and was totally unprepared for the avalanche of symptoms unleashed! 

My doctor was no help.  "It's normal...you can always go back on the Pill."  Nothing about what was happening to my body was normal!  Hot flashes, massive brain fog, I couldn't find my car keys when they were in my hand!   I searched for answers and revamped my habits. 

I also changed my career.  Now I'm in functional and holistic health, specializing in woman's hormones.  My mission is to make sure no woman suffers because they don't understand how to live healthy and with grace through life's normal hormonal shifts.
